Sense doesn't work any more - Display letters missing

My Sense does not work any more. Most of the letters are gone, so there is a problem with the display. You cannot read any statistics at all.

How do I proceed? Warranty?

Hi @FP1980 - a factory reset may fix it if you use an iPhone.

It will require to be setup again and this may fail with the Android V4 Fitbit.

Chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for how to proceed with a factory reset.

Thank you for your help. I do have a Samsung phone, so it is Android.
