My wife owns a Fitbit Sense , it is running an endless loop, telling me to download the App. It continues to tell me to download the App in 10 different languages. I cannot can't reset it ? I tried all the tips for hard reset but none work?

When the Fitbit logo appears and you are requested to download the app, it means that the Sense is not paired to any account.
In this case you should pair the Sense to your wife's account.
