Go to Quick settings and turn off Always On

Swipe the watch from the left edge to the right

Make sure the bottom left one is greyed out.

Hello @CarolinaGirlA and welcome to the Help forum.  What is the name of the clock face you are using?  And do you use Sleep Mode?  There are some clock faces that have a very different appearance when you are in sleep mode.  It's possible that you are switching between the normal and sleep views of the same clock face.  The touch screen of the Sense/Versa 3 seems MUCH more sensitive than other Fitbit smartwatches I have used.  Users are posting that sleeves and gloves cause changes.  Another user wrote that her sleeve kept starting an exercise workout!

My clock face behaves differently from what you are experiencing if the Always On option is chosen as described in the previous post.  When I choose the Always On, my clock face is in a reduced power display, but immediately displays like normal when I raise my wrist.
