I have had already 3 different devices. The last device screen started going black within months after purchased but we did the troubleshooting and fixed it. But after 1.5 year it never came back and of course there's nothing they can do to help with a in-perfect physical condition watch.

Hi @DanaStgo - if your Sense is blank this may help How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If you have 2 devices with the same blank screen problem try using a PC as the power source for charging.
Of course it could also be a seal problem if you use it for swimming or in water and if water got in that may be the issue.

I appreciate your suggestions. However, I kept my devices out of water (even when you’re supposed to be able to swim with them) I also performed a variety of troubleshooting for both devices including cleaning all connections and none of this is working.
