This makes me question if Fitbit Sense works at all or not. I usually don’t charge my Fitbit before bed, but last night when I did I forgot to put it back on before bed. When I woke up in the morning I noticed i forgot to put the watch and after putting it back on I synced it and it had recorded a full night of sleep stages and oxygen variation. How is this possible if I wasn’t wearing it at all during the night? How do I now feel confident that when I am wearing it to bed it is even accurate?
Update: My mistake.. I was looking at yesterday. UX error. They should add a blank row above the sleep logs from previous days to add sleep log if one is missing.
