Dropped my Sense face down on hard stone floor cracking the face in multiple locations. How do I get it repaired if that is possible?

Hi, @hrossbrook, very sorry to hear your "Sense" is broken. If, as appears to be the case, this is an accident then the Fitbit warranty will sadly not cover your loss. You may have recourse under your household insurance or there may have been cover provided by your retailer. Much depends on the jurisdiction you live in.

I'm sorry this is not very helpful.
