EDA Scan app, SpO2, and Water features don't long any data on my Sense

The first 2 days I did an EDA scan on my Sense they logged in the app. The next 3 days never did, and my SpO2 stopped working at the same time. Everything is the newest version and I have restarted it. Nothing has fixed the issue. Water logged through the Sense also doesn't go to the app. I've only had this Sense less than a week and I already want my money back.

Hi, @EcchiAngel welcome to the community, it looks like you are having a problem syncing your "Sense". How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? provide advice and guidance.

This article offers advice on Sp02 How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? you do need to wear your "Sense" overnight then sync, after short delay sync again and you should see a result.

I had already tried all of that and the only thing that made it start working again was to factory reset it.

Hi, @EcchiAngel, you do not mention the make or model of phone you are using, most phones work well with Fitbit but some need special care Fitbit-compatible devices explains. In addition, check your Fitbit app on your phone, ensure all permissions are granted and any battery-saving setting on your phone is disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones treat the app as non-essential and put it to sleep when it needs to run constantly in the background.

It's a Note 20 Ultra and all permissions were already granted and it was not allowed to optimize battery usage for fitbit. And the app and watch were both on the latest version. But after the first 2 days of owning it the eda scan and sp02 stopped recording completely.

Hi, @EcchiAngel, thanks for the update, you should not be having any issues with your phone. Is your "Sense" syncing? On the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner> on the "Sense" tile it will tell you when it last synced.

Everything else is syncing.

Hi, @EcchiAngel, I assume it has successfully synced very recently, you do not mention if you synced it or left it to sync as you opened the app on your phone. A factory reset just restarts the device & deletes all your data. I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here, use the chat facility or the phone for a prompt response. Be ready for a long conversation and note the steps you have taken before placing the call.

I'm sorry your problem baffles me.
