I just got off the phone with FitBit customer service due to an issue I’ve continually had with my Sense watch - my sleep score will not sync to my watch unless I manually sync it through the app. According to the customer service rep, Fitbit removed this sync function from the watch so it he sleep score longer syncs to the watch unless you manually open the app and do it. This makes no sense - why would one of the three functionalities on the watch (steps, heart rate and sleep score) just go away? Anyone else heard this to verify it’s true?

Hi, @Tickus , welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? As a matter of habit, I always sync my phone app every morning when I wake How do Fitbit devices sync their data? explains the background but I think manual sync accelerates the return of the resulting scores. I hope this helps but if you are still concerned please post here again.
Cheers
