I bought a Fitbit sense in October 2022. Yesterday it just stopped working and I had 57% charge on the watch. It’s just started to vibrate every 10seconds and the Fitbit logo appears then goes off. I have tried to reset and reboot but nothing is working. My watch is still under warranty what can be done.
I have tried all the various recommendations like holding the side button for 10 seconds but nothing happens.

Hi @DebCally - there are several different reasons why that can happen.
First make sure the 4 contact holes on the back of the watch are really clean with rubbing alcohol and ear bud and charge it.
If it gets hot when charging there is a hardware fault, possibly from water getting in, stop immediately.
After a charge try holding the button for 10 seconds until it vibrates and the logo may or may not appear.
Then after a couple of minutes try syncing the watch and in the Gallery tile change the clock face.
Then restart the watch again.
If nothing works get it replaced under warranty.
