The heart rate monitoring is completely off. Super disappointing and service staff just dismissed the faulty product. Really irresponsible of Fitbit.

@jk2310, when referring to "service staff", are you referring to Fitbit Support? If so, did they determine the Sense to a "faulty product"? If so, it is surprising they would dismiss the issue. Have you tried repositioning the Sense on your arm to see if the HR readings improve? While exercising, I position mine about 3 fingers-width above the wrist bone and the reading is very accurate - when I compare it to the Polar Chest Strap on my elliptical, the Sense reading is always less than 10 points different from the Polar readings.

Out of interest what strap do you have? Anything past the two finger mark - 5mins of exercise later it starts to slide back towards my hand making it too loose. Also I’ve been out last few times with a polar h10 strap and Apple Watch. Apple Watch was almost exactly as the strap. Fitbit was just picking random numbers out of the air. Only came close to about 10-15bmp when either I was stiffs till or walking slowly on flat. The fact that there’s quite a lot of big reviews of the sense all saying how inaccurate the sense is. And how inaccurate I’ve seen it. Tells me it’s a fault with Fitbits algorithm or hardware.

@Bauer24 in my case, with the standard strap the watch seemed to stay in the correct position. The device is very light and the strap did quite a good job. This however didn't help with HR at all. For me, watch positioning doesn't improve anything.

You’re right, It really doesn’t! my apple series 5 watch I stick it on anywhere and it’ 99% of the time matches the Polar strap. The positioning this is something I’ve only seen for Fitbit devices.
