Sense in loop and reboots by itself

Hi, I was happy with my Sense from September 2020. Instead, it has been happening for two weeks that in the evening it reboots by itself. I tried to disassociate, quit the application, shut it down, do the factory reset but nothing changes. Every evening it restarts by itself. Any help? Otherwise soon I'll throw it out the window

I certainly understand wishing it didn't reboot itself, but I don't understand why you bother quitting the app, shutting down, and doing factory reset.  When your Sense reboots itself, doesn't it just come back up by itself without you going through all that extra?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, it reboots itself also if I don’t close them.
