My Sense battery died. After charging it, the Logo appeared and stays on. It will only go out if I hard reset it or let the battery die. After the hard reset, it'll go back to the logo. I've tried releasing the button at different times during the reset with no change.
Going by the threads in this forum, the other Fitbit forums, as well as Reddit, this is a known, maybe even deliberate, issue, which doesn't seem to have a resolution.
I'm just reporting this and don't expect an actual fix, so there's no need for a moderator to respond... Unless they want to send me a new one.
Prime Day is coming up, so I may have a new Garmin on my wrist soon.
