Sense is black with white lines

Hi - it appears my Fitbit has a hardware glitch, if vibrates but screen is black with white lines?

Hi @bazzabee. Welcome to the community forums. 

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with your Sense. 

Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:

  • From the Today tab in the app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  • Tap Sense.
  • Sync Now.

Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device.  Restarting the device will not delete your data. 

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.
