Sense is completely dead

Just completely died yesterday. No efforts have brought it back to life. Purchased at end of april.

kicker:: been trying to use online contact support for 2 days without any actual connection. Trying to live chat and nothing happens at all. So I found an email address for support and wrote. Only to get an automated message there is no email support. I’ve been a fitbit supporter for so so long. But this might be it.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Yea I just talked to customer service on the phone and then just got left with, just wait for a follow up email about the warranty. I’m not sure what happened to the customer service  here over the years, but when someone calls to talk about a failed product, they want a resolve. Not, just wait for an email.

Hello @Ejscars. Welcome to the community forums. @Odyssey13 It's nice to see you around and thanks for your input.

@Ejscars I'm sorry for the experience and thank you very much for any steps you've tried and for taking the time to provide your feedback. At this time, I was able to see that our Support Team sent an email to you with information about the process. If you still have additional questions or inquiries, I recommend replying back to your case and they will be more than glad to continue assisting you.

See you around.
