Last week I suddenly started seeing 60 floors per day when my usual was around 10, which was true... Anyone faced this problem? Is it an altimeter problem?

As soon as I wake in the mornings, I have 5 floors already. I walk around in the house, suddenly I have 10 floors no ups or downs. Do not let me mention the step count, out of this world.... Fitbit you really should sync your software to your hardware.

Hi @Dimdal and @cplmckenzie. It's good to see you here. @Kdar43 Welcome on board.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about this situation. Let me explain that our team is aware of this issue experienced with the Sense tracking too many floors and are working on this. I understand the inconvenience this is causing you and while there isn't a time frame for a fix, I'll keep them informed of the impact to you and other members.
Your patience is truly appreciated and be sure that your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed.

Any update on this? My brand new Sense, started using on 14th May, is counting a couple of floors every day without me taking any.

Is there any update? Is the problem from the software or the hardware? I see that on my runs, also the elevation is totally wrong. Is the same problem? Could it be an altimeter problem? And if the elevation is so wrong, then all the calculations would be wrong (fitness status, calories burned etc.)
