My sense 2 was fine until this week. It's is 10am, I've gone up 5 floors on an elevator, and it's reporting 104 floors climbed. Yesterday it was 209 when I did like 6.

Hi @ja4e - have you tried restarting it, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and sync and see if that helps.
It shouldn't count floors in a lift. It may have developed a fault in which case it can be replaced under warranty. You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
