Sense is missing letters

 This is a picture I took and cropped of the screen on my watch. It does it even when texts pop up.... I have switched faces, restarted it, updated it and everything else I could think of. At this point I feel if I can't get it fixed I might have to just buy a new watch all together, because the store I bought it from no longer exists and no one else will even try. It's been like this for over TWO MONTHS and nobody so far knows how to fix it. I have been recommended to try some other watches from family and friends but I absolutely love this one! Any suggestions?

Hi @nickolson_sammy - when this happens the only way to resolve the OS corruption is with a factory reset [not without risk].

Sync first then if you can reach About Sense in the watch Settings do a factory reset. Wait 5 minutes for it to complete before setting it up again.

Before you start note the names of any clocks or apps you use and be aware if you live in the EEA you cannot load back any non Fitbit items.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean within the part of not without risk. Could you further explain what you mean with this

@nickolson_sammy - sometimes the factory reset fails and the watch is no longer usable or cannot be setup again.
