My fitbit sense is no longer charging, I have had for about 6 months, not sure what to do or who to talk to about this. I have tried multiple outlets and cleaned off the area. Please help

Contact support, they can send you a new one..

As @lablover55 says, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a replacement charger, its a known issue with some chargers.
