this used to work and now it doesn’t. I tried revoking and re-enabling the connection and I tried reinstalling apps. Fitbod said it was an issue with the Fitbit web api and referred me to an incident ticket. Is there an issue and when is it going to be fixed,

I can confirm this is happening with me also, workouts are not being reported or syncing properly.

Still waiting on a reply from Fitbit...
Your response time leaves a lot to be desired...
Please engage a developer on issues with the API integration that is being used.
Yes - I've already de-registered both apps.
Yes - I've already deleted and re-installed both apps
Yes - I've already tried to resync
No - it is not working. Please do not give a standard go to answer and actually engage someone who can answer with a solution to the issue.

This is an issue for me too. Fitbit just stopped logging the FitBod workouts at end of Aug. The apps are connected. I have disconnected and reconnected, deleted and reinstalled apps and still nothing. Please advise asap. Thanks

Given the sudden number of posts about watches not syncing it would seem it is a general Fitbit App problem that can't be resolved by the user.
The V4 Fitbit App first released in September 2023 has been plagued with syncing and other bugs since, each new version may fix or create problems.
