Sense is not accurate with steps

My sense is not tracking my steps correctly. A couple days ago, it vibrated and said I had my 10000 steps at about 2pm. Then, when I checked it again at about 8pm, it said I was only at about 6500??? Since then, it seems lower than usual. I feel like I am running and walking more than normal, but it is lower than normal.

I'm sorry for the issues experienced with your Sense and thanks for the details. While this is odd, may I know if this happens when doing exercises or during your daily routine? Do you recall when this started to happen? Also, have you reviewed our help article which explains the factors that impact the accuracy of your Sense?

 

In the meantime, please adjust your stride length in the Fitbit app, restart your Sense to refresh its performance, wear it snug on your wrist and monitor its behavior in the next days. You can find more
