Sense is not detecting any sleep

The last two nights, my sense is not detecting any sleep the last 2 nights.   Watch is charged, and appears to be syncing.   I don't think it measuring my activity as accurately as it was, either.

Hi there, @Trank68. @SunsetRunner Thanks for the help.

@Trank68 Thanks for sharing these details. Before anything else, let me share our team released a new firmware update which is progressively rolling out to all our members. To check if there is an update available, just open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Sense. If your watch is running the version 128.6.17, it means it's updated.

In regards to your sleep, may I know if you're wearing your watch snug on your wrist? Are the rest of your details syncing correctly? If you haven't done so, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Wear it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone.
  5. Sleep with it and sync once you're awake to check your details.
