I see SO many problems with the sense! Hate I wasted my money BUT what I hate worse is that I have been without a fitness tracker for 1 1/2 months waiting for it to be found!!! I have been a loyal Fitbit customer for almost 7 years.  If I ever get it back I will sell it and get something more dependable. It all started with my sleep tracker not working!! 😡

Not sure I understand.  Are you blaming Fitbit for your Sense being lost, and still expecting it to be returned after 1 1/2 months?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Absolutely!!! They sent labels for return and I have proof and tracking # but can’t track it past their “agent” picking it up!
After weeks of it being lost, they sent another Sense that wouldn’t charge so it went back the next day and that one is lost too!! Now, they have received one, but not the one they are expecting so they sent yet another label but I have nothing to send back!!! They both were sent and they are now doing nothing because apparently all the correspondence isn’t available to whoever is working on it now!! I’m so frustrated and out over $200! 😡

I see.  I missed that in first post.  I thought you had just lost it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
