Hello @nikkie_347. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend trying the steps below and then please set up the notifications one more time:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" the Bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:

    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.

    2. Tap the information icon or gear icon > next to the name of your Fitbit device.

    3. Find the option to forget the device.

  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device. For additional information about how to troubleshoot and set up notifications, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Also, please note that the Fitbit app works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed here

Hope this helps.

Hello Nikkie,

Has customer support been able to fix the problem? I am having the same issue and if they have solved it would you be able to share the solution? I have not been able to find a fix anywhere on the forum.

Cheers

They definitely broke notifications with the last update. I've restarted the Sense a couple of times and also my phone. It's showing it's connected to Bluetooth as well being it does sync other data.

Also did a factory reset, delete/reinstall app, disconnect/forget device/reconnect bluetooth, restart watch...still no notifications....current firmware on Sense and latest version of app...

Clearly something is not working on the software side of things.

Notifications is an important function for me. Not having this function working correctly is another many disappointments of late from this wearable.

Having the same problem, started this a few days ago. It says it synced, but it will take 25 minutes for a text to show up on my Sense. Sometimes, if I unlock my phone, it will vibrate with the text, but the text will already disappear from my feed when I look on my wrist. I have restarted both the Sense and my Samsung phone, but nothing gets better.

I work at an animal shelter and rely on getting my calls and notifications on my wrist because I'm wearing disposable gloves throughout. Can't keep getting my phone out.

Was going to return it but out of return window by now--only got it in June '21. Been a loyal Fitbit user since 2013. Need this fixed!
