I I’m hoping to get some much needed answers in regards to my Fitbit sense. I have been on with support 3 different times and the steps we have tried have failed.
The problem: My Fitbit suddenly started showing the Fitbit logo only last week. The device will show the logo, the screen will turn black, and then it will buzz and the logo will return.
What I’ve tried: hard reset, multiple times. On my Fitbit app, it says “update required” so I’ve gone through all the steps support has asked me to do: “Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the
screen turns off. After you feel the vibration, release the button, then
immediately press and hold the
button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the
logo disappears, release the
button, then press and hold the
button again.When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the
factory reset.” I’ve done this numerous times and received a “reset failed” alert. After a few attempts I was able to bypass that and the reset worked! I then went through the prompts to add the Fitbit as a new device to my app etc etc. I got one day of functionality out of my device and repeated the above process. Success again! Now, after another few hours we are back to square one.
Can someone please offer any advice? I really do not want to have to buy a new Fitbit.

I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again since you have a case already created. I'm positive that if you explain to them the situation as you just explained it to me, they'll help you.
