Sense is not working

My Sense says it needs a charge when it’s full it won’t go on

Have you tried tapping the screen, it may just be blank, but on.

 

Take it off the charger and put it on charge again, it should either display the logo after a few minutes or the charge level. If it doesn't then its probably not charging.

 

In which case check the contacts on the back of the watch are clean and that the 4 pins on the attachment are equally prominent; chargers are notoriously flaky and if it's at fault you can contact Fitbit Support directly to ask for a replacement charger under warranty.
