I bought by Fitbit sense on Tuesday, tried to charge it and keep getting, "Fitbit device is operating below temperature, please warm it up to continue."  - Makes no sense as I've tried every location in the house, every possible charge outlet, reset, you name it, and I'm down to 4% battery life. I had a Fossil Smartwatch and now regret the purchase.

Hi, @ellerca, welcome to the community, I have to admit I've not seen this warning before. You will get a warning to charge if the battery reserve falls to a low figure. May I suggest you review Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  . If you are not able to make any progress I suggest you contact "Customer Support" here, I recommend using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
