I received a new Sense for Christmas and was very excited to use it. However, a number of features seem to be off. The Sp02 sensor has never worked in spite of downloading the additional Sp02 app, sleeping with the special clock face on. It records in my phone app if I dig through health stats but never on my watch. Additionally, it is grossly overcounting floors. I have many days way over 100 floors - this is not possible - I live on one floor and work from home. I'm also skeptical about the Heart Rate Variability reading but do not have a good way to measure that at the moment.
Regardless, I'm disappointed to have spent so much on a watch and have a number of the core features not work properly. I have restarted my watch, updated all apps, logged out and back in, replaced the watch face all to no avail.
