I have an Android 10 phine and the latest sense firmware. I discivered the watch stops syncing with the phone after two or three days of running. The only remedy I found is to restart the watch and after that the sync works for another two or three days. Please fix this issue ASAP. You have to update the firmware much often since you have a lot of bugs to fix. If this is not fixed, I WILL NEVER BUY A FITBIT AGAIN !

Hi @SemperVivo,
Just curious, do you have your Sense set to "Always Connected" in the app? I do, and I have found it's been very helpful maintaining connections.

Hi @SemperVivo,
Yes there is. You should see it under your Device Settings (go to your Account Settings and then tap the picture of the Sense) and it should be right there. There should be a switch to toggle it on and off, you would want it to be toggled on.

Hi @SemperVivo,
That's weird, they must have removed that option recently. I've always seen it on my app and now can't find it. Let me see if I can find it on my laptop.

I was able to find it on my Windows 10 laptop. All I did was go to Account Settings, clicked on the tracker, and I found this:
@SemperVivo, I should have asked this before, what brand of phone are you using? Even those of us that have Android phones seem to have different app interfaces. I am using a Moto e5 Play on my phone and Windows 10 on my laptop.
