Sense is stuck on set up wallet

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried everything suggested and my sense continues to be stuck on set up wallet. I can’t even use the wallet with my financial institution. Is there a way to get rid of this app? Turn it off? Make it go away? I’m just waiting for my Fitbit battery to die again and hopefully give me another short term bandaid for the problem. I have had my Fitbit for two months and the problem just keeps getting worse and worse.

Hi @mannec. It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for every step tried to get your Sense working. Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with the left button shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Sense and follow the onscreen instructions.

Keep me posted.

Thank you. My watch will not restart. It is stuck on the set up wallet screen and won’t do anything else. Do you know how I can restart it?

My watch is stuck on home screen no amount of restarting or charging will help.
