I installed a clock face this pm and suddenly my sense restarted and is stuck on the logo. It won't load anything. Help!!!

Thanks for the picture showing what's displayed on your Sense. Because this shouldn't be happening, I went ahead and contacted our Support team about this situation, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. I was told that your case is under review and they'll sent you an email shortly with more details. Please keep an eye on your inbox and feel free to reply back if you have any other question.

Thanks @LizzyFitbit. I contacted Fitbit support via Twitter when I realized the sense was completely stuck. I've since let the sense completely discharge in hopes that it might force a factory reset if the battery is allowed to completely drain. I'm kinda mad (not at fitbit) because this happened after I changed my clockface, and it makes me wonder about the clockface that caused it. Sadly I don't remember the name of the face.
I have to say, I actually feel lost without my sense. I'm back using my versa 2, which meets my needs, but I miss the extra features the sense has like ecg and eda. And of course,, Alexa talking to me and answering calls on the device. Plus the sense is just a better looking, more comfortable watch. So I'm anxiously awaiting Fitbit's email! (And neurotically checking for said email LOL)
