Sense is tracking my heart rate inaccurately

I am posting this largely due to my unhappiness with the tracking of my hearteate.  I was one of the users affected by the ionic recall (which I absolutely loved) and was forced to chose one of the new devices as a replacement. I workout fairly regularly and when using my ionic I revieved accurate readings 90% of the time, depending on the type of workout I was doing.  since upgrading my sense will say my workout is below zone at about 89 bpm, which is hard to believe during a HIIT dumbell workout, and feeling my own heartbeat is highly elevated and my resting is about 68bpm. I do nit know why an issue that has been going on since 2020 has still not been fixed.
