Sense is tracking my heart rate too high

My heart rate has started recording high while at rest. when I compare it to my cardio mobile or my blood pressure they are both accurate my sense is way off recording way higher. This is dangerous since I have afib and I rely on my senses to help me know if I'm getting close to flipping into it.

Have you tried the basics like restarting the watch and cleaning the back where the sensors are?

we must think alike 😁 those are two things I did try I didn't know anything else to try after that.
