I've had my Sense for 2 months so I know how to charge it correctly. Having said that for the past 3 days I've been trying to charge my Sense without any luck. I've cleaned both my Sense and charging cord prongs as directed and nothing. My Mom has a sense as well and I just finished charging hers so I know the cord works, I tried connecting mine and again nothing... Am I missing anything? Very frustrated!

Hi, Interesting information.
Is this correct
Will your Mom's watch charge on your cord?
And your watch not charge on either cord?
There is a known issue with cords, where the 4 prongs are not equally prominent but if her watch charges on her cord and yours doesn't it may be a new issue that affect others too.
Can you inspect carefully the 4 holes on the back of your watch for differences, dirt or corrosion if both cords are ok.
Don't forget to Shutdown your watch before looking on the back to avoid being blinded by the lasers.
Another thing to verify is with the cable plugged into the PC, attach your watch and note if the PC plays a connection sound. If so it means there is a connection between watch and charger. Note carefully for further connection/disconnection sounds.
When attaching your watch to the cable does the watch popup the charge state?
If could be it is charging but not syncing, so if you look in the App for its charge you will see the oldest charge rather than the current one?
