Sense not giving notification and not getting calls on it

Hi

Could you give a bit more information,

what phone?

Was it working before?

Has it stopped syncing and did you restart the watch and if necessary the phone?

If it was syncing and is not now, its normal to not get notifications or calls.

It never worked its s10e when I set it up it showed that it was connected but it never worked

Does the watch work fine and sync fine, but you don't get notifications?

To troubleshoot notifications, I recommend following the steps suggested in this link: 

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Also, please note that in order for the features like notifications and syncing to work well, your phone must run Android OS 7.0 or higher. For syncing, please make sure to review: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

It doesn't work at all it will me uts connected but I dont get notifications and now its not connected
