Hi there,
I got my fitbit sense as soon as it was released and it was recording my sleep perfectly up until December 19th. Since then I have only been getting detailed sleep details and a sleep score on about half the days. Some days it will even give me two entries for my sleep where one is detailed and one is not, and some days it is even completely missing a few hours of my sleep.
I normally go to bed between 11 and 12, and wake up around 5-7. I very rarely get up in the middle of the night, and when I do it is only to go to the bathroom quickly then I get right back into bed. So I am not sure what is wrong.
Additionally, under my health metrics, on the nights when it does not record sleep details, It is also not recording my Breathing Rate. It is however still recording my heart rate variability, skin temp, SpO2, and resting heart rate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It might help to inspect the various windows on the back of the watch to make sure they are perfectly clean.

The sensors on the back of the watch were clean but I cleaned them again right before I went to bed last night just incase. I even tightened my band, wondering if maybe it was too loose, but I did not get detailed sleep information last night again.

Thanks for the feedback, in that case probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
