Sense isn't syncing to Samsung A51

I can't get my sense synced to my phone. Even with Bluetooth on the fitbit app does have my steps. Too bad you can't manual type it in. Help please

Hi @Ohioangel061,

 

have you initially installed your Sense properly by using the Fitbit app? You cannot connect your Sense within your mobile's Bluetooth settings.

The full connection between Sense and your mobile is only managed through the Fitbit app and Bluetooth must be turned on for that.

Please describe the steps you have already tried to solve your issue to enable the community to help you.
