I have only had my Sense watch for a few months, and I have noticed it does not count my steps properly, like legit misses steps and everything, that's different from the watch itself not just syncing to my Android, it has missed badges, a challenge I did in the Yosemite, which is not easy but worth it, especially when you are 6.months pregnant. I have contact customer service and did everything they asked to the T, still not working, and they claimed they are working on it, but only talking about the watch syncing to the android phone, and ignoring the rest....and yes I made sure my phone is compatible with the watch before I bought it, especially for the hefty price I paid....any suggestions, or can I just get a replacement watch and I send this one back????
