What does HS stand for on Sense clock face?

I have a clock face that shows me the standard biometrics, it looks similar to the Apple watch rings. There is one piece of data, HS, I have no idea what that means. Does anyone?

Hello @LaurieDowneast and welcome to the Help forum.  What is the name of the clock face?  There is a description of the clock face in the app and it should tell you the data it shows.  You can also search for clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery using a web browser.  The description is there, too.
