Doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy8 ...my Ionic works with my phone but the Sense doesn't

The Fitbit app was optimized to work on certain mobile devices to ensure the connection with a Fitbit device. For now, these are the only devices compatible. Our team is working on adding new devices soon. If yours isn't listed, you can check back soon.
