Since the update, my Fitbit Sense is disconnecting & I continuously have to pair it again. Is there a fix for this?

Best AnswerI’m having the same problem of my Sense needing to repair with my iPhone for 2-3 days now. Not sure why it started. No major update that I am aware of. I tried clicking on the link for the other thread, but it doesn’t work.
Yes, same here. After the last Fitbit app update, my Sense no longer stays connected to my Galaxy Note 10+
I have to reboot my Sense, it works for a while, and then disconnects.

If you are not getting notifications there is a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App. Nothing you can do to fix it.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Best AnswerThe issue isn’t the notifications—those work fine when the the FitBit is actually paired to Bluetooth. The issue is that it keeps unpairing, and I have to pair it again several times a day.

Best AnswerDon't know if anyone will see this as I had the same problem but I found that by revoking access to all connected devices and signing out then back into the app, the issue seems to have resolved itself - for now anyway.
