My fitbit sense has been restarting itself on and off again for the past 4 hrs. I've tried to hard restart (read in community to hold the button on the side). I've done that and the fitbit has been vibrating nonstop. Help feature on app doesn't work. Need suggestions

Hi @MaryamT2024 - this may indicate a watch fault, especially if it got wet but try changing clock face as a restart doesn't help.
As a last resort sync and from the watch Settings do a factory reset (which can fail) and setup your watch again. Time and patience is required.
Note: It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the factory reset or replacement if necessary.

Hi,
Mine is doing the same thing. Has anything worked to fix it? I’ve tried a restart, letting it die and recharging it, tried resending but my app can’t even find the watch.
