Sense keeps shutting down

This smart watch has the potential to be an excellent purchase with all the information it is capable of tracking, at a price though expensive, seems fair. Until the worse glitch ever happens. Out of the blue it shuts itself down. You don't even know it's shut down until you need it, therefore you may not be aware how long it's been shut down. Resetting, firmware, software updates all make no difference. The sad part is that this problem has been going on since 2021 and still it isn't resolved.
It's getting harder and harder to find products that work as advertised for a decent amount of time, at least a year. I've had this watch 4 months and it is fast becoming useless.
Do yourself a favor and do your research before investing your money in this product, you will find too many are having the same issues with a product that is unworthy of your hard earned money.

Hi @ztalsii - as it is under warranty you can take it back to where you bought it for a replacement new one.

But first, especially if you are left handed and wear it on your right arm try wearing it on the other arm.

It could be accidental button push that is in someway shutting the watch down, or even accidental swipe movements can do a Shutdown, but that should be less likely.
