Sense keeps turning off and on by itself

Just got my fitbit sense yesterday. It keeps turning off and on by itself, won't stay connected to bluetooth, and won't allow updates. Has anyone else had these problems?

I would contact Fitbit, or the place of purchase.

Okay thank you. I purchased it on Fitbit website so will contact them tomorrow
