Sense keeps vibrating when I already answered the call

Just recently when I get an incoming call on my iphone the call is notified to my sense but after connecting the call the watch still behaves as if its getting a live call still being received. I can hit the red phone symbol and it stops but really annoying a wasting battery power. Is this a known issue? I have disconnected the link for now.

As for the issue you're having, since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Sense > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Sense and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.

Try restarting the watch and phone
