Sense language automatically changed to Czech

I tried allowing the previous suggestions from the community  - rebooting,  changing automatic country, went onto fitbit site, signed on, went to advanced settings,  but there's no automatic settings for location or language.  It gives you a choice of location and time zone.

Tried changing all of that, including logging off and on again.

Still Czech,  not English.

Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the Community, @Hnoragibbo.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried prior to posting. As you may know, your Sense will use the same language that you use for your Fitbit account. Changing the language on your phone or selecting a different location will change the language on both the Fitbit app, and your watch.

I'm sorry this isn't your case and I'd suggest reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app to see if the languages gets corrected. To do that, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth settings nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
