I have 4-5 problems.
I bought the Smartwatch Fitbit Sense on 2nd of October 2020.
I have the Firmware Version 44.128.4.15.
Fitbit App Ver. 3.35.
Fitbit settings:
Select Location:
United States.
1st there is any ECG option in my App and in my watch.
2nd I can't here music from my Watch.
3rd I am still trying to do some Voice Calls from My SmartWatch and I can't.
I have already follow the steps and I have paired and connect the Smartwatch to the Bluetooth of my smartphone.
4th I can't read messages from all my applications like Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp and other Social Apps.
5th SpO2 Doesn't work All Day and Doesn't Work with All Smart Faces.
Fix it Please.

So what type of phone do you have?
For music see here.for Deezer. For Pandora. Note that you will need to pair a headphone to the watch. Music will not play through the speaker.
The ECG app should already be installed. Swipe left until you see a heart. Or open the Fitbit app go to the trackers settings/ apps, and install the ecg app.
As for notifications, are you saying that they are unreadible, or that the phone does not send them?
For notification set up see here.
As for calls, no you will not be able to make any, this only works for calls received. Setup instructions are here. The main thing is to setup Sense Controls. Instructions found here.
As for SpO2, a specific watch face is not needed. However the SpO2 app needs to be installed on the tracker. As for faces, Fitbit has designed 3 that show SpO2 data. SpO2 only activated while the user is asleep.
