Hi - I used to get four days out of a charge. Now I'm down to 2. This has happened over the past two weeks.
Is it the age? Nothing really has changed in my usage, screen or anything else in the past two weeks.

I recently purchased a Sense a few weeks ago. It seems like I have to charge it every 4 days, I thought it was advertised to keep a charge for 6 at least. Maybe I'm mistaken?

Hi @DB10000, good to see you in the community.
Can you check to see if the SpO2 app is installed on your Sense. You can do this by opening the Fitbit app on your phone - tapping your profile picture - tapping sense - the apps tile - make sure my apps is selected - and look for spO2 app. *Note the app is hidden on the Sense even if it is installed, so the only way to check is the above method.
If the app is there (and you don't mind losing the night time spO2 readings) I would recommend uninstalling it, as this is what will be draining your battery. With the app installed I get about 3 days battery life, without it almost 6.

Hi I just bought mine. Love it, but I am charging almost everyday.. I know I look at it use it a bit more then my Blaze, however I don’t care for the fact I am constantly looking at the battery.
I hope there is a solution..

I changed the face of the clock and now I'm getting 4 days out of a charge. Also the more I touch the face the quicker the charge goes, too. I had the oxygen tool on and that seemed to be draining the battery.

@Elandan37 @melch What are your settings? Mine are brightness dim, screen wake motion and button, always-on display off, snore & noise detection off, SpO2 on. These settings can get me a whole 4 days off the charger. If I turn off SpO2 I would get 5+ days but I keep it on since it's party of the Health Metrics.

As mentioned SpO2 and Snore detect both use a lot of battery.

@DB10000 Check if your snore and noise detection is on as well. That's the biggest drain in my testing. After I pretty much confirmed I don't havea snore or noise issue, I turned it off.

@Elandan37 If it's brand new like only the first couple days, see if things settle. I lost only 9% last night. If not, it could be some kind of syncing issue overnight.

I cannot get 6 days at all and that was from the beginning. I asked the group last week to see if they had any suggestions and I followed everything they mentioned and I still cannot get 6 days battery.
I had a charge watch and it would last me 7 days and I was using in the same way I use this one. Love the look of the watch but it is a pain having to be charging it every 1.5 days.

@Chana0304 What are your settings? I can easily get 4 days.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
@DB10000, @54runner, @melch, @Elandan37 and @Chana0304 Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried on your own. As some members mentioned above, the battery life of your Sense depends on how frequent certain features are used. If you regularly track SpO2, GPS or snore data, you may have to charge your watch more often. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use those features, it's just for you to take them into consideration. To learn more about what features impact the battery, see this help article.
If after following those tips the battery is still draining, I'd recommend contacting our Support team so they can investigate your watch's behavior and provide you with further assistance. They're available via chat and phone, just click here to get connected with them.
@N8teGee, @eezeepee and @Rich_Laue Thanks for your great suggestions.
