Same problem as mentioned by others, but proposed ‘solution’ does not work.

Had a long chat with customer support, but problem is not (yet) solved. Fitbit says the PJR-2 clock face, available on the Fitbit gallery, is a third party product and that they were unable to solve the issue. Perhaps later??

Hello @MatthieuPM and welcome to the Community. You should be able to contact the developer from the Fitbit app. Select that clock face in your Gallery and look for the See all details option. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the option to contact the developer. I have this option on all my third party clocks. Support can't help you with a third party clock or app.

I already tried to contact the developer via the mail address, in the Gallery, but the mail bounced. So this is not work either.
