I bought my sense watch a year ago. I bought it because I liked the stress management features. These features have never worked consistently. It is June and I have had 12 stress management scores and 17 sleep scores since January. I live in British Columbia Canada. I was told that these features don’t work in my region. They didn’t tell me that when I bought the watch. And if they don’t work, why do I still get a couple scores every month. Weird. Also the EDA scan has stopped working. All the features that I bought the watch for don’t work. I would have stuck with my old fitbit watch if I had known this. I don’t recommend this watch, unless you live in the proper ‘region’ I guess.

Hi, @Daxola, it sounds odd these features shouldn't be available in Canada. In February you got access to the ECG app, so I can't see any reason sleep management and stress management is unavailable. I would try to contact support again.

Just tried the ECG and it worked. The other features still don’t. Where do you find the ECG results in the app?

Ya I have the premium feature. Do you get a stress and sleep score everyday?

@Daxola If not every day, I'd say around 90%. I am having trouble with HRV readings. They are way off.
