So I workout pretty heavy 3/4 times a week where my heart rate is well over what would be the “active zone” but my sense doesn’t recognize it. So i have to manually enter it. I use a polar H10 strap also so I know just how hard my workouts are and to see my recovery during HIT and strength training. That is measuring just fine. Does anyone have a known fix for this ?

Hi @ARomando80 Fitbit does not detect the type of exercise by heart rate, but looks at the movement of the tracker.
May i ask what type of workout? How long did the workout last? Is this multiple types of workouts?

I do a lot of weights. I do a lot of HIT training so lets say stationary bike for a hard 30 seconds, then rest for 1 minutes then ski machine for 30 seconds hard, then 30 seconds rest, then the rower for a hard 30 seconds ... things like that.. and I also lift heavy weights about 2-3 times a week but even on the elliptical sometimes it doesn't really pick it up 😞

Same, I had the original Versa before the Sense and that would always show my exercise for HITT’s automatically. Now since I purchased the Sense a few months ago it doesn’t.
